Amigo Impex is an Incoloy fasteners manufacturer and supplier based in Mumbai, India, operating since 2013. Cutting, machining, threading, testing and packing are carried out in-house, allowing bolts, nuts and washers for the same joint to be supplied together with consistent material documentation.
Incoloy fasteners are nickel-iron-chromium alloy fasteners designed for applications requiring corrosion resistance and elevated-temperature performance. Nickel content supports resistance to stress corrosion cracking, while chromium supports oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. Because these grades carry a substantial iron content, they generally sit below high-nickel alloys such as 625 or C-276 on cost. Fasteners are machined from bar certified to ASTM B408 for alloy 800HT, ASTM B425 for alloy 825 and ASTM B805 for alloy 925. Dimensions follow ASME B18.2.1, ASME B18.2.2 and ASME B18.3 for inch sizes, and IS dimensional standards for metric sizes. Dimensions follow ASME B18.2.1, ASME B18.2.2 and ASME B18.3 for inch sizes, and DIN or IS dimensional standards for metric sizes. The standard range includes Incoloy 800HT for high-temperature service, Incoloy 825 for corrosive chemical applications and Incoloy 925 for strength-critical sour-service applications.
Fasteners are machined to order from M3 to M56 and 1/4 in to 2 in. Dimensional conformance is confirmed against the applicable ASME B18, DIN or IS standard for each size, with non-standard sizes produced to customer drawings. The non-standard dimensions are available to drawing. The same certified bar stock is used to manufacture ten fastener types, ranging from hex bolts and nuts to anchor bolts and eye bolts. Consignments are supplied across pan-India from Mumbai, with exports to the USA, Gulf, Europe and Asia. Each consignment is supplied with the applicable material test documentation. Pricing is quoted per kilogram and varies according to grade, dimensions, quantity and prevailing nickel raw-material costs. Major applications include oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, and pumps and valves, supported by approximately 60 to 70 tonnes of ready stock in Mumbai.
Grade, applicable standard, dimensions, thread system and fastener type determine the specification for each Incoloy fastener order. The table below summarises the standard supply range, available conditions and documentation.
Several standards can apply to an Incoloy fastener order. The bar stock is certified to the applicable ASTM material specification for each grade, while dimensions and threads are produced to the ASME, DIN or IS standard named on the order. Dimensional standards define the applicable head, bolt and nut configurations.
| Standard | Scope |
|---|---|
| ASTM B408 / ASME SB408 | Nickel-iron-chromium alloy rod and bar, covers alloy 800HT (UNS N08811) |
| ASTM B425 / ASME SB425 | Nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy rod and bar, covers alloy 825 (UNS N08825) |
| ASTM B805 | Precipitation hardening nickel alloy bar and wire, covers alloy 925 (UNS N09925) |
| ASME B18.2.1 / B18.2.2 | Inch-series bolt and nut dimensions |
| ASME B18.3 | Socket head cap screw dimensions |
| DIN 912 / 931 / 933 / 934 | Metric socket screw, bolt and nut dimensions to the withdrawn DIN standards, still supplied where a drawing calls for them ISO 4762 / 4014 / 4017 / 4032 | Current metric socket screw, bolt and nut dimensions. Note that DIN and ISO are not interchangeable at M10, M12, M14 and M22, where the width across flats differs; the required standard should be stated on the order. |
| IS 1364 (product grades A and B) | Hexagon head bolt, screw and nut dimensions for Indian drawings |
Amigo Impex supplies Incoloy 800HT, 825 and 925 fasteners. Grade selection depends primarily on the service environment, with 800HT suited to high-temperature applications, 825 to corrosive chemical service and 925 to strength-critical sour-service applications.
Incoloy 800HT fasteners, identified as UNS N08811, are designed for high-temperature applications where creep and rupture strength are important. Controlled aluminium and titanium additions contribute to the alloy's elevated-temperature performance, making the grade suitable for demanding heat-service bolting.
Incoloy 825 fasteners, identified as UNS N08825, contain molybdenum and copper additions that improve resistance to sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and other corrosive chemical environments. The grade is suitable for bolting exposed to demanding chemical-processing conditions.
Incoloy 925, identified as UNS N09925, is an age-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed to provide higher mechanical strength together with corrosion resistance. It is considered for demanding oil and gas applications, including sour-service bolting where the applicable material requirements are met.
Metric and imperial fasteners are produced from certified material according to the required grade, dimensions and thread configuration. The standard range is shown below, while sizes outside ready stock can be machined to drawing, subject to production requirements.
| Parameter | Range |
|---|---|
| Bolt and Screw Diameter | M3 to M56; 1/4 in to 2 in |
| Nut Size | M3 to M56 |
| Stud Bolt and Threaded Rod Diameter | M3 to M56 |
| Length | Up to 200 mm; longer lengths to order |
| Thread Standards | ISO metric coarse and fine; UNC, UNF, UNEF |
| Custom Sizes | CNC machined to drawing in the available grades |
Head styles and thread forms can be specified according to the applicable drawing and dimensional requirements. Available configurations include:
The Incoloy fastener range includes multiple forms for industrial bolting, joining and assembly applications, with dimensions, threads and finishes produced according to the applicable requirements:
Incoloy fastener consignments are packaged by lot before dispatch from Mumbai. Small quantities are packed in labelled cartons, while bulk orders can be supplied in wooden cases with suitable protective packaging for export shipments. Grade, size, heat number and specification are identified on each package.
Domestic consignments are dispatched across pan-India, while export shipments are prepared for the USA, Gulf, European and Asian markets. Ready-stock items can generally be dispatched within 1 to 2 days, while made-to-order lots typically require around 30 days, subject to grade, size and quantity.
Every Incoloy fastener order is supplied with the applicable material test certificate, supported by material verification and in-house inspection. Dimensional checks and thread gauging are performed before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged when required by the purchase order. Amigo Impex operates under PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.

Incoloy fasteners are nickel-iron-chromium alloy bolting, while Inconel fasteners generally contain a higher proportion of nickel and are designed for different combinations of temperature, strength and corrosion resistance. The appropriate alloy should be selected according to the required service conditions rather than alloy family alone.
There is no ASTM fastener specification written specifically for Incoloy bolting. Alloy 800HT, 825 and 925 fasteners are machined from bar certified to ASTM B408, ASTM B425 and ASTM B805 respectively, with dimensions to ASME B18 or the applicable DIN or IS standard. ASTM F468 and F467 cover a different list of nonferrous alloys and do not include the Incoloy grades.
Available sizes range from M3 to M56 in metric dimensions and 1/4" to 2" in imperial sizes. Standard lengths extend to 200 mm, while non-standard dimensions can be machined to drawing.
Yes. Incoloy fasteners can be supplied with ISO metric coarse and fine threads as well as UNC, UNF and UNEF thread forms, subject to the required fastener type, grade and dimensions.
Incoloy fasteners are used where bolted joints require corrosion resistance, elevated-temperature performance or higher mechanical strength. Major application sectors include:
