Amigo Impex manufactures and supplies Inconel fasteners and nickel-alloy bolting from Mumbai, India. Cutting, machining, threading, testing and packing are carried out in-house, so bolts, nuts and washers for a joint can be supplied as one coordinated lot.

Inconel fasteners are nickel-chromium alloy components designed for applications involving elevated temperatures and corrosive environments. High nickel content helps maintain performance at elevated temperatures and gives freedom from chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking, chromium provides resistance to oxidation and general corrosion, and molybdenum, where present, provides resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-containing environments. The range includes Inconel 600, 601, 625, 660A and 718. Inconel 625 bolts, screws and studs within the applicable size range are supplied to ASTM F468 (inch) or ASTM F468M (metric), with matching nuts to ASTM F467 or F467M. Grades 600, 601, 718 and Alloy 660 are not listed in ASTM F468 or F467; bolts, hex cap screws and studs in these grades are supplied to ASTM F2281, with Grade 718 also available to ASTM A1014 / A1014M and Alloy 660 to ASTM A453 / A453M Grade 660, and matching nuts machined from the applicable bar stock to ASME B18.2.2 dimensions. Sizes outside the scope of these specifications are supplied to the corresponding bar-stock specification and to the customer drawing.

Inconel Fasteners Manufacturer & Supplier in India

Available diameters range from M3 to M56 and 3/16 to 2 inches. Bolts, hex cap screws and studs from 1/4 to 1-1/2 inches fall within the scope of ASTM F468, socket head cap screws are covered from size 0 (0.060 inch) to 1-1/2 inches, and metric sizes from M6 to M36 fall within the scope of ASTM F468M. Sizes outside that band are machined to drawing against the applicable bar-stock specification. Custom dimensions can be produced to the drawing. The range covers Inconel bolts, nuts, studs, screws, threaded rods, U-bolts, anchor bolts and other specialised fasteners.

Supply is available across India, with export shipments to the USA, Gulf, European and Asian markets. Each consignment is supplied with material certification, and our company holds AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. Ready stock is maintained in Mumbai, with aerospace, oil and gas, chemical processing, power, marine and pump and valve applications forming important areas of use.

Inconel Fastener Grades

Grade selection depends primarily on temperature, corrosion exposure and required mechanical strength.

Inconel 600 Fasteners

Inconel 600 provides good resistance to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures. It is used for furnace, heat-treatment and chemical-processing fasteners where a combination of strength and corrosion resistance is required.

Inconel 625 Fasteners

Inconel 625 contains molybdenum and niobium, which contribute to its strength and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride-containing environments. It is commonly selected for marine, chemical and offshore applications.

Inconel 718 Fasteners

Inconel 718 develops high strength after solution treatment and ageing. This makes it suitable for high-load applications such as aerospace equipment, gas turbines and other demanding mechanical assemblies. For high-temperature bolting, Grade 718 is normally ordered against ASTM A1014 / A1014M, with bar stock to ASTM B637.

Inconel 601 Fasteners

Inconel 601 offers strong oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. Its aluminium content contributes to the formation of a protective oxide layer, making the grade suitable for furnace and heat-treatment equipment.

Inconel 660A Fasteners

Inconel 660A, also designated as A-286, is a precipitation-hardening stainless alloy used for high-strength bolting at elevated temperatures. It is commonly selected for aerospace, power and high-temperature mechanical assemblies.

Inconel Fastener Sizes

Metric and inch sizes are available for different applications. Common sizes can be supplied from ready stock, while non-standard dimensions are machined to drawing.

Inconel Fasteners FAQs

Inconel fasteners include Inconel nuts, bolts, screws, studs and related components designed for applications requiring resistance to elevated temperatures and corrosive environments.

Inconel 600 and 601 are suitable for many high-temperature and oxidation-resistant applications. Inconel 625 is preferred where chloride and marine corrosion resistance is important, while Inconel 718 and 660A are selected for applications requiring higher strength.

Yes, some Inconel grades, particularly precipitation-hardened grades such as 718, can provide substantially higher strength than conventional austenitic stainless steel fasteners. Grade selection should still be based on the required temperature, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

Magnetic response varies by alloy and condition. Some Inconel fasteners are generally non-magnetic or weakly magnetic, while cold working can increase magnetic response. A magnet test should not be used to confirm the exact grade.

Inconel fasteners generally cost more because of their high nickel and alloy content, specialised raw materials and more demanding machining requirements. The final price also varies with grade, size, quantity and raw-material costs.

No. These grades belong to a related nickel-iron-chromium alloy family (Incoloy Fasteners) rather than Inconel. They should therefore be specified by their correct material designation on the purchase order.

Bolts and screws are available from M3 to M56 and 3/16" to 2", in lengths up to 200 mm. Nuts and washers are supplied to match the bolt size. Larger dimensions are available to order.
