Amigo Impex manufactures, stocks and supplies titanium fasteners in India, with operations covering cutting, machining, threading, testing and packing. High-performance titanium bolts and nuts, screws, studs and washers can be supplied with traceable material documentation according to the applicable purchase-order requirements.
Titanium fasteners are corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and non-magnetic components supplied in commercially pure Grades 2 and 4, or alloyed Grades 5 and 7. They form a stable oxide layer providing strong resistance to seawater and chlorides. Manufactured via machining or forging from ASTM B348 stock, imperial and metric bolts, screws, and studs are certified to ASTM F468/F468M and F467/F467M. Grades 2 and 5 are maintained in stock.
Diameters range from M3 to M14 in metric sizes and from #4 to 9/16 in imperial sizes, with ASTM specification coverage applying from M6 in metric and from 1/4 in in imperial for bolts, hex cap screws, studs and nuts. The range includes standard titanium bolts, hex nuts, stud bolts, threaded rods, socket head cap screws, machine screws, washers, U-bolts, anchor bolts and eye bolts. Fasteners can be supplied in mill-finish or specified surface conditions, subject to grade and production requirements.
Despatches are supported across pan-India from Mumbai, with export consignments supplied to the USA, Gulf, Europe and Asia. Material test certificates accompany applicable consignments, and ready stock of approximately 60 to 70 tonnes supports standard requirements.

The titanium fastener range includes commercially pure Grades 2 and 4, alloy Grade 5 and palladium-containing Grade 7. Grade selection depends on the required strength, corrosion resistance, service environment and applicable design requirements.
Titanium Grade 2 fasteners are manufactured from commercially pure titanium and are selected primarily for applications requiring corrosion resistance combined with moderate mechanical strength. The grade is commonly considered for chemical-processing, marine and general industrial applications where high alloy strength is not the primary requirement.
Titanium Grade 4 is the highest-strength commercially pure titanium grade. Grade 4 fasteners can be selected where higher strength is required than Grade 2 while retaining the corrosion resistance associated with commercially pure titanium.
Titanium Grade 5 fasteners are manufactured from Ti-6Al-4V and provide substantially higher strength than commercially pure titanium grades. They are used where the fastener must withstand higher mechanical loads while maintaining low density and good corrosion resistance.
Titanium Grade 7 contains a palladium addition that improves corrosion resistance in selected reducing environments. Grade 7 fasteners can be considered for demanding chemical-processing applications where the additional corrosion resistance of the grade is required.
Titanium fasteners are supplied according to the required grade, diameter, thread configuration, fastener type and length. Non-standard dimensions can be machined to drawing, subject to material availability and production requirements.
| Parameter | Range |

The titanium fastener range includes multiple forms, supplied according to the required grade, dimensions, thread configuration and production requirements.
Titanium fasteners are packaged according to quantity, fastener type, dimensions and transport requirements. Small lots can be supplied in sealed bags and labelled cartons, while bulk consignments can be packed in wooden cases. Export orders receive protective packaging suitable for international transportation.
Each package is identified with the applicable grade, size, heat number and specification. Despatch from Mumbai covers pan-India, while export consignments are supplied to the USA, Gulf, Europe and Asia. Ready-stock items can generally be dispatched within 1 to 2 days, while made-to-order requirements typically require around 30 days, subject to grade, dimensions, quantity and production requirements.
Titanium fastener batches are subjected to applicable positive material identification, dimensional inspection and thread gauging prior to shipment. Material test certifications provide traceability back to the supplied material and to the governing specification. Third-party inspection on request can also be arranged in the purchase order. Titanium fasteners are bolts, nuts, screws, studs and washers manufactured from commercially pure titanium or titanium alloys. They are selected for applications where corrosion resistance, low density and non-magnetic properties are important. Applicable bolts, screws and studs are supplied according to ASTM F468, while nuts are covered by ASTM F467.
Grade 2 is generally selected where corrosion resistance and moderate strength are sufficient. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) provides substantially higher mechanical strength and is preferred where higher load capacity is required. The final selection should be based on the design load, service environment, temperature and applicable specification.
Yes, titanium fasteners can be susceptible to galling during installation, particularly when threads are assembled under high load without suitable lubrication. Appropriate anti-seize compounds, compatible thread finishes and controlled installation practices can help reduce the risk of thread seizure and galling.
Yes, titanium fasteners can be used with aluminium components, but galvanic compatibility should be evaluated when moisture or electrolytes are present. Suitable coatings, isolating materials or joint-design measures can reduce galvanic corrosion where required.
The standard titanium fastener range covers M3 to M14 in metric sizes and #4 to 9/16 in in imperial sizes. ASTM F468 and F467 apply to bolts, hex cap screws, studs and nuts from 1/4", and ASTM F468M and F467M apply from M6. Socket head cap screws are covered by ASTM F468 from size #0. Metric coarse and fine threads, along with UNC and UNF thread forms, can be supplied according to the fastener type and drawing. Sizes outside the ASTM scope are machined to drawing with material certified to ASTM B348.
Yes, custom titanium fasteners can be machined according to drawings for non-standard diameters, lengths, head configurations, drives and thread requirements. Availability depends on the selected grade, material size and production requirements.
Titanium fasteners are used in industries where corrosion resistance, low weight, high specific strength or non-magnetic properties are important. Major application sectors include:
