The Alloy Steel Grade 91 Sheets/Plates provide excellent resistance to many acids such as nitric, sulfide, alkalis in the seawater and brackish water application. It has many resistance properties like resistance to chloride and ion stress, resistance to cracking corrosion, resistance to the crevice, resistance to pitting, resistance to erosion, and much environmental corrosion as well. It has good strength, tensile, yield, and mechanical property as well. The sheets Grade 91 hardened by heat treatment and cold process both. It offers hardness and toughness at the cryogenic to high temperature application.
The application of Alloy Steel Grade 91 Sheets/Plates are- it is used in various types of industries like marine industry, oil and gas industry, pulp and paper industry, offshore industry, oil drilling and condenser, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, and many other industries as well.
