What is 800h material?

800H is a high-temperature nickel-iron-chromium alloy specifically designed for use in high-temperature applications where creep and stress rupture properties are critical. It is an austenitic alloy that contains 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and 0.15-0.60% carbon, as well as small amounts of other elements such as aluminum, titanium, and copper. The alloy has excellent oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation resistance at high temperatures, making it suitable for furnace and heat-treating applications.
