A fastener is a hardware tool used to create non-permanent joints between two or more components. Typically the steel fasteners are made up of Stainless Steel, alloy or carbon steel. But the duplex steel fasteners are structured with austenite pools surrounded by ferrite phase. We supply high-quality lean duplex fasteners of grade UNS S32304. Duplex steel fastener is generally composed of 21%-23% chromium, 4%-6% nickel, 3%-5% molybdenum, 2% manganese and 1% silicon. Some traces of carbon, phosphorus, sulfur, and nitrogen are also found in duplex steels. Merits of such steels are inclusive of higher resistance from corrosion, good conductivity of heat, flexibility, and high energy absorption. Also, it is available at lower costs.
