Therefore, they can survive under corrosion atmospheres with oxidizing agents, sulfuric acid, chlorine, and reducing agents. They can be used successfully with nitric acid. They are not affected by weaker base like ammonium hydroxide no matter what temperature and concentration are.
They are not even affected by the stronger base at high temperatures and concentrations like sodium hydroxide. Therefore, they are resisting cracking, etching, and chloride solutions like sodium hypochlorite. The resistance of Nickel 201 Sheets/Plates depends upon the concentration of acid and the temperature of the surrounding. They are however resistant against sulfuric acid at room temperature. Due to these properties against corrosion our sheets and plates are widely preferred in the industries.Henceforth, we supply them in a different form, finish, and hardness. Our 201 nickel polished plates are available in all these forms and finishes. In addition to this, we also supply the nickel 201 clad plates. They are used in combustion boats, plater bars, caustic evaporators, electrical components, and more. The service temperature of the shim sheet is up to 1230 degrees F. to make them working under room and elevated temperature we perform tests on the sheets and plates.Therefore, we conduct hardness, flaring, flattening, and micro, macro, tensile, yield strength, positive material identification, corrosion, and intergranular corrosion tests. They are then packed for delivery up to different destinations.
