Nitronic 50 Sheets/Plates is stainless steel having higher strength and corrosion resistance properties. All this is because of the elements like silicon, niobium, phosphorous, carbon, sulfur, nitrogen, molybdenum, nickel, manganese, chromium, vanadium, and more. The alloy is annealed at 1065 degrees C or 1950 degrees F. Water quenching is done after, making it strong in a corrosive environment. However, heat treatment of this alloy is not possible.
