Amigo Impex is a stainless steel flanges manufacturer and supplier based in Mumbai, India, stocking and exporting stainless steel flanges since 2013. Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication, testing and packing are carried out on our own premises. Forged stainless steel flanges are manufactured to ASTM A182 / ASME SA-182, with drilling, thickness and facing finished to the applicable ASME dimensional standards.
A stainless steel flange connects pipes, valves and pumps through a bolted, gasketed joint that can be opened for inspection and maintenance. Chromium forms a passive oxide film on the steel surface, providing corrosion resistance in wet, chemical and coastal environments.
Our supplied grades include 304, 304L, 310, 316 & 316L, 317 & 317L, 321, 347 and 904L. These grades cover general corrosion service, chloride-bearing environments, elevated-temperature applications and more demanding chemical service.
Sizes range from NPS 1/2" to 48". Class 150 to Class 1500 is available from NPS 1/2" to 24", while Class 2500 is available from NPS 1/2" to 12" under ASME B16.5. For NPS 26" and above, Class 150 to Class 900 applies under ASME B16.47. PN and K-rated patterns are also supplied when required by the applicable drawing or standard.
Eleven flange types are available with five common facing options. Pump and valve manufacturers, oil and gas contractors, chemical plants, marine projects and industrial equipment manufacturers account for a significant share of repeat orders.
Our Mumbai warehouse holds approximately 60 to 70 tonnes of ready material. Each consignment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate, with 3.2 certification arranged when required. Quality operations are supported by AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. Dispatches cover pan-India, while export orders serve the USA, Gulf, European and Asian markets.

The supplied grades cover several stainless steel families, with grade selection based on corrosion resistance, temperature, fabrication requirements and service conditions.
Stainless Steel 304 Flanges use the widely applied 18% chromium and 8% nickel stainless steel composition. They provide general corrosion resistance and are commonly used in industrial equipment, process piping, food processing and general fabrication.
Stainless Steel 304L Flanges have a lower carbon content than 304, making them suitable where welding is a significant part of fabrication. They are widely used for welded piping and equipment requiring good general corrosion resistance.
Stainless Steel 310 Flanges are selected for elevated-temperature applications where oxidation resistance and high-temperature performance are important. Typical applications include furnace equipment, heat-treatment systems and high-temperature process installations.
Stainless Steel 316 & 316L Flanges contain molybdenum, which improves resistance to chlorides and other corrosive environments compared with 304 grades. They are widely used in chemical processing, marine equipment, pharmaceutical systems and process piping.
Stainless Steel 317 & 317L Flanges provide enhanced corrosion resistance for more demanding chemical and chloride-bearing environments. Their higher alloy content makes them suitable where 316 and 316L may not provide sufficient corrosion resistance.
Stainless Steel 321 Flanges are titanium-stabilised stainless steel flanges designed to resist chromium carbide precipitation during exposure to elevated temperatures. They are suitable for welded components and high-temperature process systems.
Stainless Steel 347 Flanges use niobium stabilisation to improve resistance to intergranular corrosion after exposure to elevated temperatures. They are commonly selected for high-temperature piping and equipment.
Stainless Steel 904L Flanges are a super austenitic grade with high alloy content and copper additions. They are used in demanding chemical environments, particularly applications involving sulphuric acid and other aggressive media.
Popular sizes such as 1/2", 2", 3" and 4" are available from ready stock, while larger sizes are supplied according to the applicable dimensional standard or drawing. Stainless steel flange dimensions outside the standard tables can be machined to the supplied requirements.

Pressure capacity depends on the pressure class, material group and operating temperature. The applicable ASME pressure-temperature table should be used to determine the allowable pressure for a specific grade and service condition.

Eleven flange patterns cover common connection, termination, blanking and flow-measurement requirements in stainless steel piping systems. Standard patterns are stocked or produced against order.
Above NPS 24", ASME B16.47 covers weld neck and blind flanges. Other flange types in this size range are produced to the required drawing and confirmed before manufacture. Orifice flanges are covered by ASME B16.36 in Class 300 to Class 2500 for welding neck patterns, and Class 300 for slip-on and threaded patterns. Class 150 orifice flanges are outside the scope of ASME B16.36.
The flange facing is selected according to the gasket arrangement, mating component and service requirements. Five common facing options are available.
Machined faces are protected before the flanges are packed into wooden cases, crates or pallets. Each piece is marked with the grade, heat number, size and class.
Pan-India orders are dispatched from the Mumbai warehouse, while export consignments are shipped to the USA, Gulf, European and Asian markets. Stock items are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days, while made-to-order material requires around 30 days.
Every order is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate for the material. For stock material, the original mill certificate is supplied along with the applicable dimensional inspection report. For material requiring additional verification, 3.2 certification and third-party inspection can be arranged against the purchase order.
Dimensional checks cover flange face, drilling and thickness against the applicable dimensional standard before packing. Amigo Impex operates under AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
