Amigo Impex is one of the established titanium flange manufacturers, stockists and exporters based in Mumbai, India, trading in industrial metals since 2013. Titanium flanges provide strong corrosion resistance in service through a stable, self-healing oxide film. Titanium rapidly reforms this protective film after surface damage, providing resistance against seawater, chlorides and many oxidising environments. Its lower density also provides a significant weight advantage over steel, which is useful for skids, topside modules and weight-sensitive assemblies. Two commercially pure grades make up the supplied range: Titanium Grade 2 flanges (UNS R50400) for general corrosion duty and Titanium Grade 4 flanges (UNS R50700) where higher mechanical strength is required.
Sizes range from NPS 1/2" to 24" in Class 150 and Class 300, while larger diameters from NPS 26" to 60" are supplied to ASME B16.47 against drawing requirements. Eleven flange types are available, from weld neck to spectacle blind, with five facing options, namely raised face, flat face, RTJ, tongue and groove, and male and female. Export requirements referencing EN, JIS or Chinese dimensional standards can also be accommodated, and drawings still quoting the withdrawn DIN or BS flange series are matched to the equivalent EN 1092-1 dimensions.
Approximately 60 to 70 tonnes of ready stock are held in Mumbai; dispatch reaches every Indian state, and export orders serve the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia. An EN 10204 3.1 certificate goes out with each consignment, and our company holds AS 9120B, PED and ISO 9001:2018 and 45001:2018 certifications.

Every order carries two documents: a material specification and a dimensional standard. ASTM B381 covers the forging in both domestic and export supply. The dimensional standard changes with the destination, as ASME B16.5 and B16.47 for ASME-based projects and the EN, DIN, JIS or BS codes listed below, where the drawing requires them.

Two grades of commercially pure titanium flanges make up the range. Grade selection depends primarily on the required strength, corrosion environment and bolting loads.
Titanium Grade 2 flanges are the primary stocked grade, pairing good weldability with strong resistance to seawater and chloride-containing environments. Drawings may also identify the grade as W.Nr. 3.7035 or JIS Class 2.
Grade 4 provides higher strength than Grade 2 and is forged to order where greater mechanical performance is required.
Nominal bore determines which dimensional code applies. ASME B16.5 covers the standard size band, while ASME B16.47 covers larger diameters. Weld neck titanium pipe flange bores are prepared to match the mating pipe schedule before dispatch.

Titanium flanges are supplied to ASME B16.5 Class 150 and Class 300 dimensions and drilling. ASME B16.5 does not list titanium among its flange materials, so the standard contains no pressure-temperature rating table for it. The class designation therefore fixes the dimensions, thickness and bolt pattern, not the allowable working pressure. Where a rated pressure is required, it is established by calculation for the specific grade, size, design temperature and gasket, following the rating method in ASME B16.5 flange calculation. Confirm the design temperature and gasket type before we quote.

Eleven flange types cover line connections, terminations, flow measurement and isolation applications. Most are forged to ASTM B381; plate flanges are machined from ASTM B265 plate, and blind flanges can be supplied either forged or plate-cut.
Plate flanges are machined from ASTM B265 titanium plate to the drilling pattern specified on the drawing. They fall outside the scope of ASME B16.5 and are supplied to the client’s drawing or to EN 1092-1 Type 01.
Facing follows the gasket and sealing requirements. Each face below can be supplied according to the flange type and application.
Machined faces can be damaged during handling, so each flange is protected before being placed in wooden cases, crates or pallets. Stamps and tags record grade, heat number, size and class. Ready stock leaves in 1 to 2 days, made-to-order forgings take close to 30 days, and export consignments ship from Mumbai to the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia. Domestic supply covers pan-India.
Dimensional checks against the governing ASME table and visual inspection of every facing are completed in-house before packing. Positive material identification confirms the material as titanium and screens against mixed stock. Mechanical and chemical test data are carried through to the certificate against the heat number. Each order carries an EN 10204 3.1 certificate, with 3.2 certification arranged on request, and third-party inspection is supported.
