HASTELLOY X BARS & RODS SUPPLIER

We supply a wide range of bars to the clients. These are flat, square, rectangular, forged, tempered, annealed, hardened tempered, hexagonal, threaded bars, and hollow bars. These bars are useful in chemical procedure components and furnace components, honeycombs components, and gas turbine combustion segments. These are applicable in heat applications, reducing environments, oxidizing environment, and more. They are often used in inorganic and organic solutions, chlorides, and a wide range of chemicals. Their outstanding resistant property makes them workable in these solutions. They are affected by pitting and stress corrosion cracking.

All the properties of bars and rods come from the Hastelloy. The alloy is formable and weldable thus making the fabrication of rods and bars easy. The ductility of the bars and rods are also good and can be cold worked. The balance in properties of the bars and rods can be easily made by rapid cooling. Welding of rods and bars using gas tungsten arc, shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, and resistance welding is possible.

The heat treatment of the HASTELLOY X BARS & RODS is possible at the temperature of 2150 degrees F or 1177 degree C. rapid cooling is also done for heat treatment of the bars. Bright annealed bars are cooled in the presence of hydrogen. They are useful in a chemical process component, furnace, and air craft components manufacturing. They are used in muffles, furnace baffles, catalyst support grids, retorts, and more of the chemical processing industry. The bars and rods are tested.
