Amigo Impex is an Incoloy pipe fittings manufacturer, stockist, supplier and exporter operating from Mumbai, India, since 2013. Wrought nickel-iron-chromium alloy fittings from our facility are certified to ASTM B366 / ASME SB-366, with butt-weld geometry controlled to ASME B16.9 for the WP grades, which now carries the short-radius elbow and return dimensions formerly held in the withdrawn ASME B16.28, and to MSS SP-43 for light-wall CR grades. Two grades form the stock range. Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) carries aluminium and titanium within a controlled band and serves sustained high-temperature circuits, while Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) spreads its resistance across four elements: nickel holds off chloride stress-corrosion cracking, nickel with molybdenum and copper resists reducing acids such as sulphuric and phosphoric, molybdenum adds pitting and crevice resistance, and chromium handles oxidising media such as nitric acid and nitrates. One grade handles furnace heat, the other wet chemistry. Seamless elbows, tees, reducers, end caps, stub ends, and crosses span 1/2 inch to 10 inch NB. Schedules run SCH 10S, SCH 40S and SCH 80S to ASME B36.19M up to 30 inch NB, and SCH 160 and XXS to ASME B36.10M, with heavier or larger walls quoted as a stated wall thickness. Ends are bevelled ready for site welding.
Roughly 60 to 70 tonnes of nickel alloy stock stand at the Mumbai facility at any time. Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication, testing and packing all happen in-house, so a reducing tee cut to drawing leaves in the same consignment as standard elbows. Dispatch reaches pan-India, and exports serve the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia. Most orders come from OEMs building pumps, valves and process equipment. Two Incoloy pipe fitting grades run under ASTM B366, and duty splits them cleanly: 800HT takes the heat, 825 takes the corrosion.
Incoloy 800HT pipe fittings hold creep-rupture strength through controlled aluminium and titanium content, which puts them into reformer outlets, furnace manifolds, thermal processing lines and pollution control ductwork.
Incoloy 825 pipe fittings take the corrosive circuits. Copper and molybdenum defend process piping and heat exchanger connections against reducing acids such as sulphuric and phosphoric, molybdenum adds pitting and crevice resistance, and the alloy's nickel content holds off chloride stress-corrosion cracking.
The manufacturing route decides how large an Incoloy pipe fitting can be. Seamless production runs to 10-inch NB; welded and fabricated construction reaches 48-inch NB, and bores outside the table are quoted to drawing. Short-radius elbows and short-radius 180° returns are the exception: ASME B16.9 dimensions them from 1-inch to 24-inch NB only, so sizes outside that band are fabricated to drawing.

One crate never fits the whole span of Incoloy buttweld fittings. Small-bore pieces travel boxed, large reducers and elbows sit in timber cases with the bevels protected, and every item carries a tag recording grade, size, schedule and heat number. Custom packing and marking follow the order specification. Domestic consignments move pan-India from Mumbai; export lots ship to the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia. Stock that's on the floor clears in 1 to 2 days, and made-to-order fabrication runs to about 30 days.
Verification of Incoloy alloy fittings starts before packing. The two grades cannot be told apart by eye, so positive material identification is carried out on every heat, dimensional checks run against ASME B16.9, and MSS SP-43 where light-wall CR-grade fittings are supplied, and each weld bevel passes visual inspection. An EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate accompanies every order, pairing the source mill record with our own test results, and 3.2 certification with third-party inspection is arranged when the purchase order names it. Incoloy pipe fittings are manufactured to ASTM B366, issued by ASME as SB-366. Grade 800HT is marked WPNIC11 (CRNIC11 for corrosion-resistant class) and grade 825 is marked WPNICMC (CRNICMC). Dimensions follow ASME B16.9, with MSS SP-43 covering light-wall pieces.
Nickel, iron and chromium form the base of every Incoloy pipe fitting. Grade 800HT adds controlled aluminium and titanium for creep and rupture strength at temperature. Grade 825 carries nickel for chloride stress-corrosion resistance, molybdenum and copper for reducing acids, chromium for oxidising media, and titanium as a stabiliser against intergranular corrosion.
Choose Incoloy 800HT where sustained furnace temperature and creep-rupture strength govern the line. Specify Incoloy 825 where the threat is acid attack, crevice corrosion or chloride cracking rather than heat.
No, the two families aren't interchangeable. Incoloy pipe fittings are nickel-iron-chromium alloys carrying iron as a major element, whereas Inconel grades run on a nickel-chromium base, so substitution changes chemistry, corrosion behaviour and code compliance.
Seamless Incoloy pipe fittings cover 1/2 inch to 10 inch NB, and welded and fabricated construction extends the range to 48 inch NB. Custom bores beyond that span are fabricated to the drawing.
Incoloy pipe fittings don't rust the way carbon steel does, since chromium holds a stable oxide film on the surface. Grade 825 extends the protection into acidic and chloride-bearing media where standard stainless grades fail.
