Amigo Impex is a Monel pipe fittings manufacturer, stockist, supplier and exporter based in Mumbai, active in nickel alloy piping since 2013. Twelve stocked patterns handle direction change, branching, bore reduction and termination. Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication, testing and packing are handled at our own facility, and roughly 60 to 70 tonnes of nickel alloy stock wait in Mumbai for quick dispatch. Marine, shipbuilding, oil and gas and chemical process lines absorb the bulk of consignments. Supply covers pan-India, with exports reaching the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia. One grade populates the Monel pipe fitting range. Drawings marked Alloy 400, NiCu30Fe, W.Nr. 2.4360 or NW 4400 describe the identical alloy.
Monel 400 fittings resist the chloride stress corrosion cracking that fractures austenitic stainless lines, and the alloy hardens only by cold working, never by heat treatment.
Bore decides the construction route on Alloy 400 pipe fittings. Seamless supply ends at 10-inch NB; welded manufacture continues to 48-inch NB, and bores the catalogue band doesn't hold are made to order.

ASTM B366, carried in the ASME code as SB-366, covers wrought Monel pipe fittings of buttweld construction under grade WPNC. Forged socket weld and threaded fittings are certified to ASTM B564 with dimensions from ASME B16.11.
Seamless Monel pipe fittings are supplied from 1/2 inch to 10 inch NB, and welded fittings from 1/2 inch to 48 inch NB, covering DN15 to DN1200. Forged items run 1/8 inch to 4 inches.
Seamless or welded construction is called out through a WP suffix beside the ASTM B366 designation: WP(S) means seamless, WP(W) welded, WP(WX) welded with full radiography and WP(U) welded with full ultrasonic examination. CR marks corrosion-resistant fittings dimensioned to MSS SP-43.
Monel 400 pipe fittings replace stainless steel where seawater chlorides, hydrofluoric acid, brine or hot alkali attack the austenitic grades. Where the line carries none of those media, stainless remains the lower-cost choice.
