Amigo Impex is a titanium pipe fittings manufacturer, stockist and exporter working out of Mumbai, India, and has traded titanium pipe and fittings since 2013. We supply Titanium Grade 1 and Grade 2 pipe fittings for demanding corrosion-resistant piping applications.
The titanium fittings are certified to ASTM B363 / ASME SB-363, grade WPT1 for Titanium Grade 1 and grade WPT2 for Titanium Grade 2, with couplings machined from ASTM B348 bar. Buttweld dimensions follow ASME B16.9 and ASME B16.28. Titanium Grade 1 (UNS R50250) and Titanium Grade 2 (UNS R50400) form the commercially pure titanium grades in our supply range.
Elbows, tees and caps are available from 1/2 inch to 24 inch NPS, stub ends from 1 inch to 24 inch, and reducers from 1 inch × 1/2 inch to 12 inch × 10 inch, in Schedule 10 and Schedule 40. Titanium resists chlorides and oxidising acids because its surface forms a tight protective oxide layer that rapidly reforms when damaged. This corrosion resistance can reduce the need for corrosion allowance compared with conventional steel piping systems.
Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication, testing and packing are carried out in-house. Finished fittings serve desalination trains, chemical process lines, bleach plant circuits, condenser headers and offshore piping. Dispatch covers PAN India, with exports to the USA, Gulf, Europe and Asia.
Every order ships with a mill test certificate, while our company holds AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates. Send the grade, nominal bore, schedule and fitting type, and we will confirm the ready stock position.
The supply specification covers the material, dimensional standards, available grades, sizes, schedules, end connections, fitting configurations and certification supplied with each consignment.
Material specifications and dimensional specifications are separate documents on a fitting order. ASTM B363 defines the material requirements for titanium welding fittings, while the ASME B16 series governs dimensions and related requirements.
| Standard | Scope |
|---|---|
| ASTM B363 / ASME SB-363 | Seamless and welded wrought titanium welding fittings; grades WPT1 and WPT2 |
| ASTM B348 / ASME SB-348 | Standard Specification for Titanium and Titanium Alloy Bars and Billets |
| ASTM B381 / ASME SB-381 | Titanium forgings used as stock for forged fittings |
| ASME B16.9 | Factory-made wrought buttweld fitting dimensions |
| ASME B16.28 | Short-radius buttweld elbows and returns |
| ASME B16.11 | Forged socket weld and threaded fitting dimensions |
Titanium Grade 1 is the softest commercially pure titanium grade, offering excellent formability for thin-wall corrosion-resistant titanium fittings.
Titanium Grade 2 is commercially pure titanium with higher strength than Grade 1, widely used in seawater, chemical and pulp applications.
Nominal bore and schedule determine whether a fitting can be incorporated into an existing piping system without rework. Grade 1 and Grade 2 titanium buttweld fittings are supplied across the stated size range.
| Fitting Type | Nominal Size Range |
|---|---|
| 90° Elbow, Long Radius | 1/2" to 24" |
| 90° Elbow, Short Radius | 1" to 24" |
| 45° Elbow, Long Radius | 1/2" to 24" |
| 180° Elbow and Return | 1" to 24" |
| Concentric Reducer | 1" × 1/2" to 24" × 20" |
| Eccentric Reducer | 1" × 1/2" to 12" × 10" |
| Straight Tee | 1/2" to 24" |
| Reducing Tee | 1" × 1" × 1/2" to 20" × 20" × 16" |
| Weld Neck and Lap Joint Stub End | 1" to 24" |
| Coupling, Half and Full (ASTM B348) | 1/2" to 2" |
The range covers direction changes, branch connections, bore transitions, line terminations and flanged joints.

Request a QuoteFittings leave from Mumbai in wooden cases, lined boxes or bundled pallets, with each piece wrapped to protect the machined bevel during transportation. Tags record the grade, heat number, size and specification.
Ready stock moves in 1 to 2 days, while made-to-order fittings generally require around 30 days. Export consignments are supplied in seaworthy packing to the USA, Gulf, Europe and Asia, alongside pan-India supply.
Inspection is carried out in-house before packing and covers dimensional checks against ASME B16.9, visual inspection of the bevel ends, and positive material identification to confirm the material is unalloyed titanium. Separation of Grade 1 from Grade 2 is established by the mill test certificate, which records the heat number, the oxygen and iron content and the mechanical test results, since portable PMI equipment cannot measure oxygen.
A mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1 accompanies each order, while third-party inspection agencies can witness release when required by the purchase order. Certification held covers AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
60–70 tonnes held in Mumbai, with urgent requirements dispatched within one to two days.
AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, with an MTC on every order.
Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication and testing all handled at our own Mumbai facility.
Original mill certificates plus our own test reports, so every batch can be traced back.
Non-standard sizes and specifications made to order.

ASTM B363 covers seamless and welded titanium welding fittings. Grade 1 fittings carry the designation WPT1 and Grade 2 fittings carry WPT2. Couplings are machined from ASTM B348 bar.
Sizes range from 1/2" to 24" nominal bore in Schedule 10 and Schedule 40, with additional schedules available to order.
We supply 45°, 90° and 180° elbows, long- and short-radius elbows, equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, end caps, lap joint stub ends and equal crosses.
Titanium threaded pipe fittings and socket weld fittings are supplied to ASME B16.11 dimensions on request. The stocked range centres on titanium buttweld fittings, while NPT items are quoted to order.
A mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1 accompanies every consignment, recording applicable chemical, mechanical and heat-number traceability information.
Titanium Grade 1 and Grade 2 fittings are used where corrosion resistance is critical, particularly in chloride-rich and chemically aggressive services.
