Amigo Impex offers various Nimonic Alloys 80A PIPE FITTINGS. We supply these fittings to the different clients that require them in varied specifications. We are capable of exporting them to clients as per different thicknesses, sizes, shapes, and lengths.
Our fittings types that we supply are an elbow, reducers, unions, caps, coupling, cross, swage nipple, adapters, steal traps, flanges, plug, bush, olets, expansion joint, tee, and valve. These fittings are used in different industries for different purposes. They are usually made to join the end of the pipe and divert their flow. However, not all fittings allow the same directional change as the change depends on the angle they provide.
Elbows are available from different angles that provide change of either 45 or 90 degrees. These fittings are used in applications like connecting piping system, boiler and pressure vessels. Moreover, the common industries that demand fittings are chemical, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas processing, marine, wastewater treatment, refineries, and more.
These fittings are made from Nimonic Alloys 80A is also called as a nickel-chromium alloy. This alloy is the same as that of Nimonic alloy 75. However, the titanium and aluminum element is added to this alloy making it Nimonic Alloys 80A. The addition gives the resistant properties to the alloy. These make fittings resistant to oxidation and corrosion. In addition to this, they give them properties to fittings like creep-rupture strength and tensile strength. The fittings show these properties at temperature up to 815 degrees C or 1500 degrees F.
These fittings thus can be utilized in the chemical industry without getting affected by the chemicals. They can work under acetic acid, organic, sulfur, phosphorous, and more acid. These chemicals don’t affect and cause stress corrosion cracking. The SCC is commonly caused by the chlorine. However, the fittings are invulnerable to this corrosion.
These fittings are made perfect for working in these industries after carefully testing. The tests that are mandatory for fittings are hardness test, PMI, IGC, tensile test, impact resistance test, flaring, flattening test, and more. Apart from these mandatory tests, we supply the fittings in a durable and strong wooden box wrapped in bubble wrap covering. The packaging ensures the safety of the fittings.
