SS 316Ti reducer is having very good resistance ability in intermittent service to temperature 870 deg C and 925 deg C in continuous, to the oxidation. The constant use at temperature 425-860 deg C, the use of SS 316Ti tees isn’t recommended if resistance to corrosion is needed in the water.
SS cross fittings can’t be hardened through the heat treatment process. Annealing or solution treatment can be done fast cooling after heating at temperature 1010-1120 deg C in SS 316Ti bends. SS stub ends are recommended because of carbide precipitation resistance. SS ends caps are suggested to make in used only where the high temperature is demanded. SS dish cap fittings are brake/roll formed in different parts. SS lateral tee is ideal for heading, stamping.
