Amigo Impex is an Incoloy Pipes & Tubes manufacturer, supplier and exporter out of Mumbai, trading since 2013. We stock nickel-iron-chromium alloy pipe and tube in two grades: Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) and Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825).

Chromium and nickel give Incoloy 800HT its oxidation resistance, while controlled carbon, combined aluminium and titanium, and a coarse annealed grain size give it creep strength, making it suitable for furnace, reformer and other elevated-temperature applications. In Alloy 825, molybdenum with copper gives that grade its resistance to sulphuric and phosphoric acid, while its high nickel content resists chloride stress-corrosion cracking. The seamless product is certified to ASTM B407 / ASME SB-407 and ASTM B423 / ASME SB-423, while welded pipe and tube follow B515, B705 and B704.

Incoloy Pipes & Tubes Manufacturer, Supplier in India

Pipe covers 15 NB to 150 NB across schedules SCH 5S to XXS. The tube spans 6 mm to 254 mm in outside diameter in walls of 0.2 mm to 20 mm. Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication, testing and packing are handled in-house, so cut lengths and bevelled ends leave with the same consignment. We hold ISO 9001:2018, ISO 45001:2018, AS 9120B, and PED certificates.

Applicable Standard for Incoloy Tube

The construction route decides the governing document, so the specification quoted on an order changes with seamless, welded or exchanger-tube supply.

Incoloy Pipes Grades

Grade selection between Incoloy 800HT and Incoloy 825 depends primarily on service temperature and corrosion environment. 800HT is selected for elevated-temperature strength and creep resistance, while 825 is suited to corrosive environments involving acids and chlorides.

Incoloy 800HT Pipes & Tubes (UNS N08811)

Aluminium plus titanium controlled to 0.85 to 1.20% takes 800HT into reformer and furnace tubing, where the design code calls for guaranteed creep-rupture values.

Incoloy 825 Pipes & Tubes (UNS N08825)

Molybdenum with copper makes UNS N08825 the wet-corrosion grade. It holds off sulphuric and phosphoric acid, pitting, crevice attack and chloride stress-corrosion cracking at moderate temperatures.

Each figure below is a theoretical kg/m value, derived as (OD minus wall) multiplied by wall, by pi, by density, divided by 1000. Density is taken as 7.94 g/cm³ for the 800 series and 8.14 g/cm³ for Alloy 825.

Pressure Rating of Incoloy 825 and Alloy 800HT Pipe

A single working pressure doesn't cover the range. Allowable pressure on a nickel-iron-chromium line follows grade, wall thickness, schedule and metal temperature, and it is read from the code documents below rather than from any published psi figure.

Shipping and Packaging of Incoloy Pipes and Tubes

Tube bundles are strapped with end caps fitted, and longer Incoloy pipes travel in wooden crates stencilled with heat number, grade and size. Export lots are packed for sea freight and move from Mumbai to the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia; domestic supply reaches pan-India. An urgent lot can leave in one to two days, while made-to-order material runs to about 30 days.

Testing and Certifications for Incoloy Tubing

A mill test certificate accompanies every order of Incoloy pipe and tube, combining the original mill record with results from our own laboratory. Hydrostatic or non-destructive electric testing, tensile checks and chemical verification follow the governing ASTM specification. We accept third-party inspection at the works, and the certifications we hold are AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Incoloy Pipes & Tubes FAQs

Iron content is the difference. Incoloy pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy carrying iron as a deliberate major element; Inconel pipe runs on far higher nickel and answers more severe corrosive service.

Specify Incoloy 800HT for applications where sustained high-temperature strength and creep resistance are the primary requirements, and Incoloy 825 for applications where resistance to acids, chlorides, and stress-corrosion cracking is the primary requirement.

ASTM B407 / ASME SB-407 covers seamless 800 series pipe and tube, ASTM B423 / ASME SB-423 covers seamless Alloy 825, and welded material follows B515, B705 and B704.

Yes, we supply both routes. Seamless suits high-pressure and critical service, while welded (EFW) construction cuts cost and lead time.
