Amigo Impex is an Inconel 625 Pipes & Tubes manufacturer and supplier based in Mumbai, India, certified to AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. We've stocked and exported nickel alloy piping for over a decade, and roughly 60-70 tonnes of material are stocked for quicker dispatch.
Inconel 625 is a nickel-base superalloy carrying the designation UNS N06625. Nickel holds a 58.0% minimum share of the chemistry, backed by 20.0-23.0% chromium. That balance keeps the pipe wall stable against pitting, crevice attack, oxidation and chloride stress corrosion cracking, from cryogenic duty through elevated-temperature service. Strength minima are equally firm: annealed pipe and tube must reach 827 MPa (120 ksi) tensile and 414 MPa (60 ksi) yield under the governing specification.
Production covers seamless pipe from ½" to 8" NB, tube from 1/16" to 4" OD, and schedules SCH 5S, 10S, 40S and 80S dimensioned to ASME B36.19M. Seamless lengths are certified against ASTM B444 / ASME SB-444, with general requirements to ASTM B829. Welded pipe is certified to ASTM B705 / ASME SB-705 and welded tube is certified to ASTM B704 / ASME SB-704. Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication, testing and packing run in-house.
Oil and gas wellhead lines, chemical processing circuits, and power station tubing account for most of the demand we see for this grade. As trusted Inconel 625 pipe suppliers, our domestic supply covers pan-India, while export consignments move from Mumbai to the USA, the Gulf, Europe, and Asia. Share the size list and schedule with our Mumbai team to receive a certified offer.
Various parameters define the ordering envelope for Inconel 625 Pipes & Tubes, from the governing standard and supply condition through to the physical constants that turn a metre count into weight. All values apply to material certified in Mumbai.
ASTM B444, adopted by ASME as SB-444, is the manufacturing specification for seamless nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium alloy pipe and tube. General requirements, schedule dimensions and welded construction are covered by separate documents, all listed below, with their scope.

| Cobalt (Co) | 1.0 max (if determined) |
Under ASTM B444 / ASME SB-444, the room-temperature minima below apply to Grade 1 annealed pipe and tube, the standard supply state. Grade 2 solution-treated material suits elevated-temperature and creep service and is produced on order.
| Property | Minimum Value | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Tensile Strength | 827 MPa (120 ksi) | Grade 1 (Annealed) |
| Yield Strength (0.2% offset) | 414 MPa (60 ksi) | Grade 1 (Annealed) |
| Elongation | 30% | Grade 1 (Annealed) |
European engineering drawings frequently specify 2.4856 or NiCr22Mo9Nb rather than Inconel 625. Regardless of the designation used, all options refer to the material we supply as ASTM B444 UNS N06625, allowing a single mill certificate to resolve the requirement.
| Country / Standard | Designation |
|---|---|
| USA (UNS) | UNS N06625 |
| Europe (EN / W.Nr) | 2.4856 / NiCr22Mo9Nb |
| Germany (DIN) | DIN 17751 |

These are the types of Inconel 625 Pipes & Tubes that cover the construction routes, configurations and duty-specific tube forms in our range:
We pack Alloy 625 pipes and tubes in bundles or wooden cases, each length marked with grade, size, and heat number. Domestic consignments travel pan-India by road. As trusted alloy 625 pipe suppliers, stockists, and exporters, Amigo Impex ships by sea from Mumbai to the USA, the Gulf, Europe, and Asia. Urgent despatches leave within 1 to 2 days. Made-to-order material carries an approximate 30-day lead time.
Mechanical testing is carried out on one sample per lot as defined in ASTM B829, and every length is given a hydrostatic test or a non-destructive electric test as required by ASTM B444. The specification also demands a hydrostatic or non-destructive electric test on every pipe. Certification follows the same discipline: a mill test certificate traceable to the original heat travels with each consignment, and third-party inspection can be arranged at the order stage.
Inconel 625 Pipes & Tubes price is quoted per kilogram, in INR for domestic orders and USD for export. Indicative Indian market levels run from ₹1,950 to ₹3,900 per kg, which works out to roughly USD 20 to USD 41 per kg at the current exchange rate: welded pipe for chemical duty sits near the lower figure, seamless tube near the upper. Nickel dominates the input cost, so rates follow the traded metal market and stay subject to confirmation. Send dimensions and quantity for a firm per-kg quotation with a stated validity date.
