STAINLESS STEEL 310 SHEETS/PLATES

This grade is used for various applications including its usage in radiant tubes, kilns, fluidized bed combustors, tube hangers, steam boilers, internal components of coal gas producers, thermo-wells, lead pots, burners & combustor chambers, muffles, retorts, annealing covers, cryogenic structures, food processing equipment, and refractory anchor bolts.

This grade contains contents of both chromium and nickel that provides it an amazing resistant to ailments such as corrosion and oxidation. It works ideally in environments of moderate carburization which is why it is used for petrochemical applications as well. However, the use of this grade is not appropriate if the applications require the metal to undergo frequent liquid quenching since it can cause thermal shock.

It has great toughness and lowers magnetic permeability due to which it is used highly often in cryogenic applications. Henceforth, our Stainless Steel 310 Sheets/Plates have greater importance in petrochemicals, oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, refineries, food processing, pulp and paper mills, and more. However, before serving to these industries, we conduct test on each sheet and plates. The tests we perform are as follows- mechanical test, hardness test, impact resistance test, positive material identification test, flaring test, flattening, intergranular corrosion test, and more.
