Amigo Impex is offering the wider ranges of Inconel 601 Wires that are developing a very tight adherent oxide scale that is resisting spilling even into the tough cyclic condition. These wires are forged for the large deformation between temperatures ranging 2250 deg F-1900 deg F. However the forging can be continued to temperature 1650 deg F. because of greater content of chromium and with some content of aluminum, very good resistant ability in the surrounding bearing oxidizing sulfur and at high temperature is shown.
Inconel 601 Wires are the standard construction material for the ranges of thermal- processing equipment. Inconel wires are machined by considering conventional machining techniques that for the iron-based alloys are used. 601 Inconel wires aren’t recommended for the strongly reducing as well as sulfur-bearing atmosphere. These wires are chromium and nickel-based wires with the addition of aluminum for very good resistance to oxidation and various forms of greater temperature corrosion. These wires are also having very good mechanical properties at high temperatures.
