Amigo Impex manufactures and supplies Inconel X-750 wire across PAN India and exports it to the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia. Our Mumbai warehouse stocks this nickel alloy wire for domestic and export orders.
Inconel X-750 wire (UNS N07750) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy strengthened by titanium and aluminium additions. Springs and fasteners formed from it hold loads from cryogenic temperatures up to 704°C, and the alloy resists oxidation up to 982°C. We stock X-750 wire to AMS 5698 and AMS 5699 in round, square and flat sections. Shaped and profile wire is supplied to the customer drawing, with chemistry and mechanical properties certified to the same alloy requirements.
Amigo Impex is certified to AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Our team handles cutting, testing and packing in-house, so wire is supplied to match the ordered specification. Every despatch carries a mill test certificate. Aerospace, nuclear and oil and gas supply chains source X-750 spring wire from our Mumbai stock, and urgent orders are dispatched within two days.
Amigo Impex holds Alloy X750 Wire against the parameters below. Match standard, temper, profile and finish to the drawing before raising an enquiry.
Two wire-form specifications cover Alloy X750 wire supply. AMS standards cover aerospace procurement.
| Specification | Scope |
|---|---|
| AMS 5698 | Solution heat-treated, precipitation-hardenable wire, capability tested in No. 1 temper. Round, square and flat wire up to 12.70 mm |
| AMS 5699 | X-750 wire, cold drawn, spring temper |
Precipitation hardening is the reason an X-750 spring wire resists stress relaxation at temperature: titanium and aluminium form gamma-prime precipitates that pin the microstructure under sustained load.
| Element | Content (%) |
|---|---|
| Nickel + Cobalt (Ni) | 70.00 min |
| Chromium (Cr) | 14.00 - 17.00 |

| Titanium (Ti) | 2.25 - 2.75 |
| Aluminium (Al) | 0.40 - 1.00 |
| Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) | 0.70 - 1.20 |

The mechanical properties of Inconel X-750 Wire Alloy indicate its ability to withstand high loads while maintaining good ductility. The following values highlight its density, melting point, tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation.
| Condition | Approx. tensile strength |
|---|---|
| Annealed | < 1000 MPa |
| No. 1 Temper | 900 – 1150 MPa |
| Spring Temper | 1100 – 1500 MPa |
| No. 1 Temper + Aged | 1150 – 1450 MPa |
| Spring Temper + Aged | 1350 – 1750 MPa |
Annealed wire Inconel Alloy X750 arrives soft enough for severe forming and takes its final strength from later heat treatment. No. 1 temper suits moderately stressed springs. Spring temper wire is cold-drawn to the highest as-supplied tensile level and goes straight to coiling. Proper ageing after coiling determines whether a spring holds its preload.
X-750 spring wire keeps clamping force where standard spring grades relax. Austenitic spring materials cannot match that behaviour at high temperatures. Gamma-prime precipitates formed during ageing block the dislocation movement that drives stress relaxation. For hot springs held at constant deflection, the aged spring temper conditions give the strongest relaxation resistance across service temperatures up to 704°C.
Global drawings use different regional standards to specify Inconel X 750 Wire, but each identifier points to the exact same nickel-chromium alloy composition. This table maps the designations that appear on drawings; it is the same alloy in every row.
| Country / Standard | Designation |
|---|---|
| USA (UNS) | UNS N07750 |
| Europe (EN / W.Nr) | 2.4669 / NiCr15Fe7TiAl |
| UK (BS) | NA 17 / HR 505 |
| France (AFNOR) | NC15FeTNbA |
| Japan (JIS) | NCF 750 |
| China (GB/T) | GH4145 (formerly GH145) |
Matching product forms directly to their end uses gives engineers and buyers a clear starting point for selection. Precision applications demand tight tolerances.
X-750 Wires are supplied from our Mumbai warehouse on plastic or wooden spools, in coils or in sealed cartons, with grade, heat number, diameter and specification marked on each pack. As a manufacturer, stockist, and exporter, Amigo Impex delivers throughout India and ships export orders on three term sets: FOB, CIF and CFR. Export packing suits sea and air freight, and custom marking is arranged on request.
Alloy X750 Wire price in India ranges around ₹2,100 to ₹5,000 per kg and international pricing ranges between US$ 22 and $ 58 per kg. Diameter, temper, profile, order quantity and the requested certification package all affect the prices. Fine diameters and spring-temper material carry a premium over annealed stock because of the added drawing and heat-treatment stages.

The maximum service temperature for Inconel X-750 wire in spring duty is 704°C, and oxidation resistance extends to 982°C. The alloy does not lose toughness at cryogenic temperatures.
Yes, Amigo Impex provides Inconel X 750 Wire to both specifications: AMS 5698 and AMS 5699 standards.
Annealed Inconel X-750 wire is soft and suited to forming, followed by heat treatment. Spring temper wire gains a far higher tensile level through cold drawing and is coiled directly, then aged.
Inconel X-750 wire is ₹2,100 to ₹5,000 per kg in India, and US$ 22 and $ 58 per kg internationally, with the rate set by size, condition, profile and order volume fluctuating the price.
Yes, Amigo Impex supplies Inconel X 750 Wires with mill test certificates, chemistry reports, and mechanical results per heat. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Inconel X-750 spring wire holds tight tolerances under sustained heat and stress. Aerospace, nuclear, oil & gas, and six other sectors rely on it.
