Incoloy 825 wires are having very good weldability by all conventional techniques. It is designed for providing very good corrosion resistance in reducing and oxidizing atmosphere.

Alloy filler wires in conjunction with copper and molybdenum are providing very good resistance ability to the reducing atmosphere like those that are containing copper and molybdenum. In addition to those these wires are showing resistance to reducing atmosphere like those that are containing phosphoric and sulfuric acid.

The typical applications wherein these wires are found used is including petrochemicals, offshore oil drilling industries, pulp & paper industries, condensers, gas processing, specialty chemicals, seawater equipment, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, heat exchangers.
