Amigo Impex is a renowned name in supplying and manufacturing of Stainless Steel 310 bars & rods. We have been part of this industry for many years serving our clients with our superior quality products. We specialize in these rods & bars in all sizes.
We offer rods with varied thickness. These rods are made of a rare combination of chromium and nickel. These offer excellent resistance to both carburizing as well as reducing environments. Due to its chromium and nickel content, these rods are resistant to sulfur. That makes these apt for using in carburizing environments. They find their utilization in nitride and oxidizing applications.
These rods and bars are extremely easy to weld and it supports forming as well. Even standard shop fabrication practices are enough to make the right use of it. Usually, the carbon content of the rod can match the properties of both the 310S and 310H.
The high carbon content leads to enhance creep properties. However, due to the presence of a high amount of chromium, these are more corrosion resistant than most heat resistant alloys. These rods and bars find their use in slightly oxidizing, cementing and thermal cycling applications. But they require that optimum service temperature to be reduced. Cryogenic applications make use of these often but only with low magnetic permeability.
Stainless steel 310 bars & rods are common in use in fluid-based bed combustors and radiant tubes. With that many industries use these in tube hangers for petroleum refining and steam boilers and internal components of gasification equipment. You would find numerous heavy machinery manufacturing companies make use of these in lead pots, refractory anchor bolts, burners, and combustion chambers. Its mechanical properties make these suitable to be in use in muffles, annealing covers, food processing equipment, cryogenic structures, etc.
We believe in taking care of the quality of the product we deliver. Our products have gone through many stringent mechanical and chemical analysis tests. These tests certify that our rods and bars are at par with international standards. With that, we package these sheets in carton boxes or in wooden carts to make sure they remain safe while in transport.
