Amigo Impex is an Incoloy sheets and plates manufacturer, supplier, stockist and exporter based in Mumbai, India, established in 2013, with in-house cutting, machining, fabrication and final testing behind every order. Our flat-rolled Incoloy range holds two grades. Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) is certified to ASTM B409 / ASME SB-409: carbon of 0.06 to 0.10% and combined aluminium plus titanium of 0.85 to 1.20% preserve its creep and stress-rupture strength at furnace temperatures. Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), certified to ASTM B424 / ASME SB-424, is built for wet corrosion service; molybdenum of 2.5 to 3.5% and copper of 1.5 to 3.0% carry it through sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and chloride media. Annealed material is certified to a minimum tensile strength of 450 MPa for 800HT and 586 MPa for 825.
Sheet starts at 2.92 mm. Plate runs from 4.76 mm up to 100 mm in both grades, subject to mill availability, on widths up to 3,500 mm and lengths up to 8,250 mm, depending on grade. Hot rolled plates and cold rolled sheets take most orders; foil, shim, strip and clad variants, together with circles and blanks, complete the range, each cut to the ordered dimensions.
Furnace internals, reformer components, acid plant equipment and offshore process vessels absorb the bulk of supply. Dispatch covers pan-India from Mumbai, and export orders ship to the Gulf, the USA, Europe and Asia. Urgent requirements draw on 60 to 70 tonnes of ready stock. Every consignment carries a mill test certificate. We hold AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
The specification table below sets out the parameters an Incoloy sheets and plates enquiry is checked against: governing standards, stocked grades, thickness boundaries, dimensional limits, condition, finish and certification.
ASTM B409 covers the 800HT grade, and ASTM B424 covers the 825 grade, both adopted by ASME for pressure work. General and international flat-product references complete the list; pipe, bar and forging documents don't belong here.
| Standard | Scope |
|---|---|
| ASTM B409 / ASME SB-409 | Nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate, sheet and strip; covers UNS N08800, N08810, N08811, N08120 and N08890, of which we supply N08811 |
| ASTM B424 / ASME SB-424 | Ni-Fe-Cr-Mo-Cu alloy plate, sheet and strip (UNS N08825) |
| ASTM B906 | General requirements for nickel alloy plate and sheet |
| EN 10095 | Heat-resisting steels and nickel alloys: semi-finished products, sheet, plate, strip, bars, rods and sections; does not cover products for pressure purposes |
| ISO 6208 | Nickel alloy plate, sheet and strip |
Two Incoloy grades are held in sheet and plate form, and duty separates them: one is specified for sustained heat, the other for acid and chloride attack. Chemistry and mechanical tables live on the linked grade pages.
Incoloy 800HT plate holds creep-rupture strength above 593°C (1100°F) through tight carbon and aluminium plus titanium limits.
Incoloy 825 sheet welds without a stabilising anneal because of its titanium addition and resists pitting in chloride media; the Incoloy 825 sheets and plates page carries the complete tables.
Dimensional limits differ between the two grades, so the size table lists Incoloy sheet and plate boundaries per grade. A size that isn't listed below is cut to the drawing.
| Dimension | Incoloy 800HT | Incoloy 825 |
|---|---|---|
| Thickness | Sheet 2.92 mm to 4.76 mm; plate 4.76 mm to 100 mm | 2.92 mm to 100 mm |
| Width | Up to 2,500 mm | 1,000 mm to 3,500 mm |
| Length | Up to 6,000 mm | 2,000 mm to 8,250 mm; custom cut lengths |
4 flat-rolled types of Incoloy plates cover the fabrication range in both grades, each shipped in the conditions listed under Specifications:

Request a QuoteIncoloy sheets and plates leave from Mumbai in export-grade timber cases or on steel-strapped pallets, with interleaving between finished sheets and edge protection on cut plates so polished faces won't mark in transit. Bundle marking states grade, heat number, dimensions and specification. The document pack holds the test certificate, packing list and invoice copy. Domestic dispatch reaches pan-India; export consignments move to the USA, the Gulf, Europe and Asia on agreed shipping terms. Ex-stock material leaves within 1 to 2 days, and made-to-order supply takes around 30 days.
In-house checks close out every Incoloy sheet and plate order: each heat is verified by chemical analysis, positive material identification and dimensional inspection before packing. EN 10204 3.1 certificates pair the mill heat record with our own test results, and 3.2 documentation with witness inspection is available when specified. We hold certifications like AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
60–70 tonnes held in Mumbai, with urgent requirements dispatched within one to two days.
AS 9120B, PED, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, with an MTC on every order.
Cutting, machining, threading, fabrication and testing all handled at our own Mumbai facility.
Original mill certificates plus our own test reports, so every batch can be traced back.
Non-standard sizes and specifications made to order.
Dispatched from Mumbai to every major Indian city, and exported to USA, Gulf, Europe, Asia
Incoloy sheets and plates are nickel-iron-chromium products, while Inconel is a nickel-chromium family with far lower iron content. The added iron makes Incoloy the more economical of the two for combined heat and corrosion duty.
Two grades are held in sheet and plate form: Incoloy 800HT for high-temperature strength and Incoloy 825 for acid and chloride resistance.
Incoloy 825 plate is chosen over 800HT when the controlling condition is chemical attack from reducing acids, seawater or other corrosive process streams. Incoloy 800HT plate is the choice where the material runs continuously above 593°C (1100°F) and creep life governs the design.
An Incoloy sheet and an Incoloy plate are the same alloy at different thicknesses: material up to 4.76 mm is sold as sheet, and heavier material as plate. The split doesn't change chemistry, only handling and finish.
Incoloy sheets start at 2.92 mm in thickness. Plates run up to 100 mm in grade 800HT and up to 100 mm in grade 825.
Custom cut sizes of Incoloy sheets and plates are supplied against drawings, with cutting, machining and fabrication completed in-house before packing. Minimum order quantity is settled per enquiry rather than fixed.
Heat duty in one grade and acid duty in the other take Incoloy sheets and plates into eight industries:
